You can expect to hear a lot of buzz about the Wymara Resort and Villas, a rebranding announced in January 2019 for the resort formerly known as Gansevoort Turks + Caicos.

The resort was originally developed by Wymara Ltd., and with a big 2019 looming ahead of them – the resort is celebrating both its 10th anniversary and the launch of additional villas – Canadian co-owners Rob Ayer and Bruce Maclaren decided it was time to create a comprehensive, independent identity.

The rebranding changed the name of the popular resort at the western end of Grace Bay Beach. What remained the same is its quality of luxury service.
Recent updates include a redesign of the resort’s beachfront restaurant, Zest, and the introduction of its wildly popular Pink Bar, which serves rosé wine and blush champagne directly on the sand. Wymara’s south shore development introduced seven spectacular new villas on Turtle Tail, located 2.5 miles away from the original resort.

The four- and five-bedroom villas are located on an elevated hillside overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The new Turtle Tail development features two private pools, expansive indoor-outdoor living areas, a sunken outdoor fire pit lounge area, over-the-water swimming platforms with direct ocean access, plus a menu of services and amenities that includes access to the main resort’s beach, restaurants, bars and spa.
