If it’s Thursday, it’s Fish Fry Night on Provo. The popular weekly party, which celebrates its fourth anniversary in January, attracts a diverse crowd to Bight (Children’s) Park: Locals come for the live music and food vendors. Visitors stroll down the beach for the taste of authentic TCI culture. Enjoy fish, conch, lobster, beer and cocktails, plus the Junkanoo Band finale. The three-hour event kicks off at 5:30.
