Taste and learn about the storied history of this honored French Champagne, as you indulge in a degustation menu prepared at the skillful hand of Executive Chef Erik Gremmer and his culinary team. The five course menu will be accompanied by multiple cuvees of Charles Heidsieck and Piper Heidsieck Champagnes. All to be enjoyed in the serene setting under the stars and a blue moon March 31 at the Amanyara Resort.
